At ZENGLOW, we take great pride in the quality of our beauty products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as we maintain strict standards around returns and refunds to ensure hygiene and product integrity for all our customers.

Important Notice

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any opened, used, or unsealed items. All sales of opened products are final.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item is not marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Items that do not meet all of the above criteria will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products
  • Unsealed items, regardless of reason
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper storage after delivery

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order:

  • Email us at contact@zengloww.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days
  • If approved, you will receive return instructions and our return address

Please do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ZENGLOW cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return process. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@zengloww.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
