At ZENGLOW, we carefully curate and deliver beauty products directly to your door. As a branded business with a strong emphasis on our identity, each order is fulfilled by our trusted partners to ensure your items arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Please review the details below so you know exactly what to expect.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate notification with tracking information once it has been dispatched.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

Orders are fulfilled by our specialist supplier partners. This means delivery timelines may differ from traditional retail — but every product is carefully sourced and quality-checked before dispatch. The final shipping time depends on your location. Since most orders go out of the United Kingdom, expect a generally longer shipping time for the initial exportation process for transfer between the initial courier/logistics company to the destination local courier.

Please Note:

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods such as holidays. ZENGLOW is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Available shipping regions and any associated costs will be displayed at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us immediately.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. ZENGLOW has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges may apply.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@zengloww.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order. ZENGLOW is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@zengloww.com — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.
