Payment must be received in full before your order is processed. ZENGLOW uses secure third-party payment processors and does not store your full payment card details.

7. Returns & Refunds
Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used beauty products are strictly non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. Return shipping is at the customer's cost.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the ZENGLOW website — including text, images, logos, branding, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of Zen Glow LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
